Laura Jones is the Managing Partner and office manager at LXL.
She looks after the day to day running of LXL and keeps an eye on the firm’s strategy. Her role is to ensure that LXL is heading in the right direction and to do the firm’s standard bearing in the outside world by executing the vision and direction for the continuing growth of the practice. Laura is responsible for LXL’s financial affairs, human resource management, administration, premises management, and business development.
Prior to co-founding LXL in 2003, Laura worked for a number of international law firms and in-house legal departments in Amsterdam and in London.
She is also a qualified homoeopath and speaks English and Dutch fluently.
