Petronas on the development, construction, shareholder participation, financing and operation of the Dragon Milford Haven LNG regasification Terminal including advising on the throughout agreement, the long-term sale of gas throughput (publicly estimated contract value £4 billion) and operations pertaining to capacity use, delivery and shipping issues;

Sea Borne Satellite Launch Project: Financing and Operations – $800 million

a project company involved in design, construction and operation of sea borne satellite launch system in connection with US$800mn project financing including limited recourse finance and inter-creditor agreements between lenders in England/US/Norway;

Ghana Infrastructure Development: Investment Fund Advisory – $5 billion

Advising Investment Fund in the development and implementation of an infrastructure development programme in Ghana including on structuring the project, drafting consortia agreements, shareholders’ agreements, subscription agreements, investment management agreements and finance issues including raising seed in investment, mezzanine finance, and senior debt (US $5 billion)
