Acquisition of interests in the North El Emriya and North Idku

LXL advised Edison International SPA on its acquisition of DEA’s interests in the North El Emriya and North Idku [oil/gas] assets in Egypt.

The work conducted by LXL included, inter alia, structuring the transaction, advice on the financing the acquisition, reviewed, drafted, and negotiated finance agreements.
