LNG Sale and Renegotiation of LNG contracts

Acted for Asian state-owned company in the sale of 3.6 million tonnes per annum of LNG, including renegotiating two long-term LNG contracts to maximise the parties’ arbitrage opportunities arising out of the provision of new diversion rights.
